DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERM:

• 1st payment: 50% on total group booking upon confirmation
• 2nd payment: the remaining balance 50% will be paid 7 days before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Flights and VISA fee is non-refundable
• Cancellation made within:

• 7 days prior to departure date: 100% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 8-14 days prior to departure date: 50% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 15-29 days prior to departure date: 25% of reservation cost (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)
• 30 or more days prior to departure date: 10% of reservation (after deduction of flights and VISA fee)

OTHER TERM & CONDITIONS

• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & we will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance. Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
• The passengers must ensure on their own that they have a valid passport and other required documents for the necessary period as per the traveling destination immigration rules.
• The passengers should also arrange for visas before traveling with this holiday package if applicable.
• We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of a passport or visa issue at any point. The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions

ITINERARY

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – Group Afternoon Hanoi City Tour (Local lunch)

• Arrive in Hanoi. Airport pick by our representative through private car
• Our driver will take you to hotel for baggage storage (Hotel check in at 14:00 pm)
• 12:30-12:45: Our driver will take you to have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. Vegeterian foods are available. (Drink for lunch is at customer’s cost)
• 13:30: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi built in the 6th century.

• 14:30: Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, The Temple of Literature (Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam) is one of the most attractive tourist spots in Northern Vietnam

• 15:30: Keep going to visit Hoa Lo Prison, the prison was built by the French, from 1886 to 1901, when Vietnam was still a part of French Indochina. 

• 16:30: Our Bus take you back to the hotel for check-in.
• Free leisure and overnight in Ha Noi City

Day 2: Hanoi – Group Day Tour to Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu, Trang An, Mua Cave) (Breakfast/Local lunch)

• Have breakfast at hotel
• 07:00 – 07:30 We pick you up at hotel, departure for Ninh Binh, enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the rural areas on the way.
• 10:30 After arriving in Ninh Binh Province, the guide takes you to visit Hoa Lu - the Ancient Royal capital of Viet Nam. We will visit Dinh king temple and Le king temple, in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of this two Kings in Chinese Wars.

• Have lunch in local restaurant (Drink for lunch is at customer’s cost)
• 13:30: Visit Trang An which was recognized by UNESCO as The world Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An has the wonderful tunnel cave system so that Kong’s Movie Group chose this place for New Version of Kong in 2016 – “ Skull Island “. Boat trip to visit Trang An to see the amazing beauty of this landscape with many caves, green river and natural view.

• Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach to the top of Lying Dragon Moutain, have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here.

• 16h00 : Finish the trip Get on the Bus to return to Hanoi
• 19h00: Arrive back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel. Overnight in Ha Noi

Day 3: Hanoi fly to Phu Quoc – Free leisure (Breakfast)

• Have breakfast at hotel and do hotel check-out
• Our driver will take you to the airport as your departure flight to Phu Quoc
• Arrive in Phu Quoc our driver will take you to hotel for baggage storage (Hotel check-in at 14:00 PM)
• Free leisure and overnight in Phu Quoc

Day 4: Phu Quoc – Group Day Tour to 3 Island, Hon Thom Cable Car (Breakfast/Local lunch)

• Have breakfast at hotel
• 08:00: Car take you to Pearl Farm (visit for 30 mins). After that, We get on the cano and start exploring:
• Visit Coral Park – Sea Walker (Optional activity - Pay by yourself): Experience walking under the sea.
• Stop at Mong Tay/May Rut Island: Take photos, swim, and relax.
• Continue to Gam Ghi/Roi Island: Swim and snorkel at the coral reef.

• 12:00: Go to Thom Island. Enjoy the water park – more than 20 modern games from the world’s leading manufacturers.

• 12:00 – 12:30: Arrive at Thom Island.
• Enjoy a buffet lunch, have fun at Aquatopia Water Park, and return via the cable car (approx. 25 minutes).

• 16:30: Check-in Sunset Town’s Gate.
• 17:30: Return to your hotel. Overnight in Phu Quoc.

Day 5: Phu Quoc –Private transfer Vin Wonders & Safari without tour guide (Breakfast)

• Have breakfast at hotel
• 08:00: Our driver will be waiting for you in the lobby and direct to VinPearl Safari
• Safari Zoo in the North of the island, home to over 2,000 animals from more than 150 rare species worldwide. It is Vietnam's first animal care and conservation park modeled after international safaris, allows visitors to see hundreds of rare species and diverse flora without traveling abroad.

• After that, we will go to VinWonder. Interesting games at Vinwonders:
• The mermaid program explores the underwater world and offers exciting moments with "Mermaids" from fairy tales.
• Street festivals feature performances by street musicians, dancers, and unique magic shows.
• The 5D movie theater has scents and effects like water, smoke, wind, and insects, with modern chairs that move in different directions, making you feel like you're in the movie.
• The shopping and street food area offers exclusive jewelry, fashion products like bathing suits and traditional costumes, high-end accessories, and great souvenirs at reasonable prices.

• 18:00: Car takes you back to your hotel. Free leisure and overnight in Phu Quoc

Day 6: Phu Quoc fly to Ho Chi Minh – Free leisure (Breakfast)

• Have breakfast at hotel and do hotel check-out
• Our driver will take you to the airport as your departure flight to Ho Chi Minh City
• Arrive in Ho Chi Minh Cityour driver will take you to hotel for baggage storage (Hotel check-in at 14:00 PM)
• Free leisure and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh - Group Day Tour to Mekong Delta (Breakfast/Local lunch)

• Have breakfast at hotel
• 7:30 – 8:00: Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then  boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.
• Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation.
• Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop.

• Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time.
• In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip.
• 17:30: Return to Ho Chi Minh City
• Free leisure and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh Departure (Breakfast)

• Have breakfast at hotel and check out hotel

• Our driver will take you to the airport as your flight departure
