Itinerary

Rural Experience

Follow a serene path southwestward, cycling on level terrain through Hoi An's countryside. Your first stop is a charming fishing village with scenic harbor views, traditional woven boats, and a glimpse into local fisheries. Continue to a nearby vegetable village to learn about traditional farming techniques. Then, venture along quiet country roads, passing shrimp farms, rice fields, picturesque villages, and ancient temples.

Embark on a cruise along the Thu Bon River to Cam Kim Island, where you'll discover how locals catch fish using various traps. Resume cycling to Duy Vinh, soaking in the beauty of water palms, canals, rivers, and farmlands. Explore a traditional wood boat building yard and a sedge field where farmers cultivate straw for weaving colorful sleeping mats.

Visit a local family in Duy Vinh to try your hand at making rice paper using traditional methods and prepare authentic dishes for lunch with your host. After lunch, enjoy a delightful ride along the Song Hoi River, crossing the iconic Cam Kim bridge back to Hoi An.
