Day 1: Ha Noi Arrival – Free Leisure (No Meal)

Day 2: Ha Noi – Join Group Day Tour to Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel – Trang An Boating – Mua Cave) (Breakfast/Lunch)

Have breakfast at Hotel
7:30-08:30: Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We take you to Ninh Binh province, which is far from Hanoi city, about 120 km.
9:30: Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax
10:30: The first destination on this trip is to visit Hoa Lu's ancient capital. You are impressed by the outstanding architecture when entering the temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17 century.
11:45: Have a buffet lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods, goat meat, fried rice… Vegetarian food is always available in the buffet lunch.
13:00: Visit Trang An, recognized by UNESCO as The World Heritage Site in 2014. Boat trip to visit Trang An to see the amazing beauty of this landscape with many caves such as Sang Cave (Light Cave), Toi Cave (Dack Cave), Nau Ruou Cave (Cooking Wine), green river, and natural view.
15:30: Get on the bus to go to Mua Cave ( Dancing Cave ). Walk up almost 500 steps; you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Moutain, and have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here.
16:30 – 17:00: Get on the Bus to return to Hanoi
19:30: Arrive in Hanoi and get dropped off at the Hotel.
Overnight in Ha Noi City.

Day 3: Ha Noi – Ha Long Bay Overnight on Cruise (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Have breakfast at the hotel and do hotel check-out
08:00: Pick up from Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Opera Theatre House and depart for Halong
11:30 – 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor and check in at the waiting room.
12:00 – 12:30: Get on Tender Boat to Verdure Lotus Cruise and enjoy Welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Complete the check-in procedure.
13:00 – 13:15: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and a vegetarian lunch while cruising in the magnificent Halong–Lan Ha Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.
15:00–15:30: You can choose to relax on the sundeck or explore the Ba Trai Dao - Tra Bau area and the natural lagoon of Lan Ha Bay, where you can experience kayaking.
17:30 –18:30: Come back to our Cruise and participate in our Happy Our & Cooking Class. Take photos and relax.
19:00: Dinner is served at the restaurant. After dinner, you can join the squid fishing program, relax on the sundesk, enjoy a glass of wine at the bar…

Day 4: Ha Long back to Ha Noi – Free Leisure (Breakfast/ Brunch)

06:45 - 07:30: Enjoy breakfast on board as the boat begins cruising towards the Natural Preservation Area.
07:45 - 09:00: Embark on a kayaking adventure to explore Luon Cave. If you're lucky, you may capture great photos of playful monkeys on the cliffs.
09:30: Check-out time. Please place your luggage outside your cabin and leave the room key at the reception desk. Our staff will transfer your luggage to the waiting area, where you can also shop for Le Journey Premium Cruise products.
10:00: Have an early lunch at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and settle any outstanding bills.
11:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. Our driver will take you back to the hotel in Hanoi.

Day 5: Ha Noi - Join Group Day Tour of Ha Noi City Tour (Breakfast/ Lunch)

8:00 – 8:30: Our tour guide and our bus will pick you up at your hotel and start to discover Hanoi City
08:45: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, the final resting place of Vietnamese great-father Uncle Ho. You have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh, then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969.
Then visit One Pillar Pagoda, which worships the Goddess of Mercy – It is the most unique pagoda in the world.
- Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, temples, pagodas, etc.
- Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays. But still can take pictures of the Mausoleum and visit that area.
- Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed for at least two months (15th June -15th August) for the annual maintenance.
10:15: Visit the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam.
- Special Note: We will visit the Vietnamese Women’s Museum instead of the Vietnam Ethnology Museum, which is closed on Mondays.
12:30-12:45: Have lunch at our restaurant. You can enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. Vegetarian foods are available.
13:30: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, which was built in the 6th century.
14:30: Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, The Temple of Literature (Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam) is one of the most attractive tourist spots in Northern Vietnam. The Temple of Literature was founded in 1070.
15:30: Keep going to visit Hoa Lo Prison, the prison was built by the French, from 1886 to 1901, when Vietnam was still a part of French Indochina. The French called the prison Maison Centrale. The prison was called “A Hell on Earth” and now the prison is like a war museum for those who want to understand more about the war against France of Vietnamese people.
16:30: Our bus will take you back to the hotel.
